We really do hope you will be delighted with all your purchases from Maggy Kay Gifts, but if you do wish to return an item for any reason we are happy to offer a no quibble 30 day returns policy.  

Returns, unless faulty, damaged or not as specified on your order confirmation are returned at your own expense.  Items should be returned unused, in a resaleable condition with original packaging, labels and swing tags intact.   When returning goods please include a copy of your invoice or a note detailing your order number and reason for return to ensure we can process your refund promptly on receipt.   Goods should be securely packed and returned to the following address:

We recommend goods are returned using a fully trackable delivery service.  Refunds cannot be issued if a returned item has been lost in transit and fails to reach us.  Proof of postage alone is not proof of receipt.  We aim to issue a refund within 2 working days of receiving a return.  Please ensure goods are returned in a timely manner and safely packaged.  If returned orders are received damaged we may make a deduction from your reimbursement to account for loss in value of the goods.

Damaged, Faulty Or Incorrect Item Received.

If the unlikely event that goods have arrived damaged or defective in any way, or the item you have received is not as specified on your order confirmation we will arrange to have the item replaced or disposed of.  If a replacement item is required this will be sent out free of any delivery charge.  If an item has arrived damaged please do not dispose of it before contacting us.  We will require photographic evidence of the defect in order to organise a replacement or a refund. Please send an email to info@maggykay.com along with confirmation of your order number and a description of the damage or defect.  A photograph showing the defect should be attached to the email. 

Damaged or faulty goods should not be returned unless requested to do so by ourselves in which case return postage costs will be reimbursed.  Return postage costs will not be reimbursed for unauthorised return of faulty goods.
