Standard UK Delivery
Our Standard UK delivery charge is £3.95. Most orders are dispatched using a tracked service with Royal Mail. Larger items or heavier parcels will be sent by one of our designated couriers and will be fully tracked.
Express UK Delivery
Next day delivery is available at a cost of £8.95 and orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery service. Orders requiring next day delivery must be received by 11 am. Next day delivery is guaranteed Monday to Friday by Royal Mail. (Saturday delivery is not guaranteed). Please note the express service is not available for large or heavy items. In the event of us being unable to fulfil an express delivery due to the parcel size or weight you will be notified by email.
We guarantee to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase Monday - Friday and next working day after a Bank holiday. Many orders are dispatched same day. Orders placed after 11 am on Fridays will be dispatched on Monday morning.
Where possible please use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel if a signature is required. If more convenient you can amend the delivery address during checkout to an alternative address, ie work place. There is an order notes box during the checkout process where you may leave details of a ‘Safeplace’ if you know you are not going to be home for delivery. Please ensure the ‘Safeplace’ is safe, secure and had adequate protection from the elements. Please do be aware that we are unable to accept any responsibility for loss or damage to items that have been requested to be left in a ‘Safeplace’.
Standard deliveries usually arrive within 2-3 working days. Courier delivered items may take a little longer. Please allow 10 working days for standard delivery. If the order has not been received after this time please get in touch and we will endeavour to track your parcel. Please be aware that additional delays are common at peak trading times such as Christmas and we would encourage you to allow a little longer for delivery at these times.
In order for us to help resolve delivery queries quickly and effectively please forward details of the issue along with your name and order confirmation number. In the event of a missing parcel it is often worth checking first with your neighbours and local sorting office in case the parcel is being held for you.
