Step 1:
Infuse 1-2 caps of sleep well bath oil into a warm bath and allow yourself to relax and enjoy the comfort of the warm water and breathe is the calming fragrance of lavender, mandarin orange & sandalwood.
Step 2:
Spray the pillow spray onto your pillow before relaxing into bed.
Step 3:
